Transparent Pricing

Our management fee is 8-10% of collected monthly rent, determined by property type, location, and the number of units in your portfolio. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums on vacant properties, and no hidden charges. You only pay when we collect rent.

We also charge a one-time tenant placement fee (typically equivalent to 50-75% of one month's rent) when we source and screen a new tenant. This covers marketing, showings, application processing, and lease execution. If a tenant we place vacates within the first 6 months, we will re-lease the property at no additional placement cost.
